To be that which
You wish to be
A long journey
And the path is
Not always straight
Nor so narrow many
Branches many choices
Loom up in front of you

And she pressed
Forward upon
Her chosen road
No guideposts
Save from within
And every decision
She made she
Believed carried her
Onwards on her trip

She was so careful
Yet never seemed
To arrive where she
Thought her Path
Would lead though
Her steps were small
And infinitely many
